Heidelberg Faculty Skopje is proud to announce the official establishment of the Business Council, a strategic advisory board aimed at strengthening cooperation between the academic community, students and the business sector. The ceremonial ceremony was held today at the faculty premises.

The Business Council is a platform for joint work aimed at overcoming the challenges of the labor market, especially the lack of qualified personnel. The Council will enable the connection of theoretical education with real business needs through joint projects, practices and innovations.

“The establishment of the Business Council marks a new era of partnership and growth,” said the Dean of Heidelberg Skopje, Prof. Dr. Goran Vasilev, “we are committed to the development of future professionals by creating an environment where academia and industry cooperate for mutual success”.

The founders of the Council are prominent representatives from various industries with a shared vision for the economic development of the country. By creating a network of strategic partnerships, Heidelberg aims to support the professional development of young people and increase the competitiveness of the labor market in North Macedonia.

The ceremony included opening speeches, a presentation of the Council’s goals, and a panel discussion on the development of qualified personnel. The event ended with a networking session, laying the foundation for future collaborations.

Currently, the Business Council has about 20 successful and reputable companies as members, and another 20 companies are in the final stages of joining. Below is the list of companies that are already members of the Business Council:
