At the meeting, the representatives from the Heidelberg and Frankfurt delegation made a presentation on the success of the German dual higher education model. They presented the German higher education model as an excellent tool for the overall success of the German economy. It was emphasized that one of the most important elements of the success of the German economy is the investment in and development of young professionals immediately after finishing high school. To this end, the Director of Development, Lukas Ruderisch, extensively presented the method and strategy for work at the new German higher education institution, the Heidelberg Faculty of Skopje, as well as the conditions for studying in the fifth semester in Frankfurt for all students who will be part of the first generation of the program.

Prof. Dr. Naumoski acknowledged the strong support over the past year from the leading figures at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Skopje, especially from Mr. Graf, in the processes of accreditation and obtaining a work permit for the higher education institution. Today, with the establishment of the Heidelberg Faculty of Skopje, real opportunities are being created for the first time to transfer a new way of higher education into the Macedonian educational system. Therefore, it is now necessary for all of us, especially with the Delegation of German Industry as partners, to try to bring this model of higher education closer to Macedonian companies, primarily to large foreign companies, concluded Naumoski.

Prof. Dr. Ursula Otto, Chairwoman of Frankfurt University, and Antje Wandelt, Director of the Delegation of German Industry (AHK), expressed their willingness to support this concept, especially considering that AHK is quite successful and active in the field of dual vocational education. Finally, all meeting participants discussed the future possibilities for the state to facilitate tax regulations for all companies that engage dual students from the Heidelberg Faculty of Skopje, as well as the possibilities for implementing reforms in the educational system to support companies interested in dual higher education.
