– carries out professional higher education, scientific-research, applying or application activities in interconnected professional disciplines within the HEIDELBERG FACULTY IN SKOPJE and takes care of their development;  

– realizes international certification with ECTS credits in partnership with specialist institutions for professional education in the areas of: entrepreneurship, business, management, finance, banking and information technologies;

– assists in the employment of students who will enroll at HEIDELBERG FACULTY IN SKOPJE according to the “work-study” principle during the duration of their studies; 

– carries out financial and business education and increasing the level of financial literacy of the population, as well as development of financial and business science in the Republic of North Macedonia; 

– realizes the promotion of regional and international cooperation with Universities, High Schools, Institutes, Academies and other formal and informal educational institutions;      

– conducts distance learning, “e-learning”, through specialized training and education in the areas of: business, banking, accounting, controlling, information technologies and entrepreneurship;

– promotes entrepreneurship as a modern business and development philosophy of private and public, economic and non-profit enterprises and profit and non-profit organizations;

– develops publishing (publishing activity) in the direction of ensuring the availability of information to the public and development of scientific thought; 

– helps students with participation in regional projects and the use of European and other international funds;  

– creates in continuity, creative intelligence that will be a guide or stimulator for each individual in the function of creating success;

– carries out recruitment, promotion and development of quality human resources, through the development of volunteer practice;  

– organizes seminars, conferences, congresses, symposia, debates, forums and other scientific, professional meetings, in the country and abroad in accordance with this Statute;

– within the integrated library-information system of the Institution, organizes the work of the library and carries out library-information and documentation activities;

– issues certificates and other documents for completed studies and other types of education, according to the conditions established by this Statute, as well as other documents for the student’s status during the course of study;

– proposes and undertakes measures to improve and protect the standard of students and employees;

– realizes various forms of upgrading, deepening or expanding knowledge and continuous education;

– exchanges scientific and professional services with domestic and foreign natural and legal persons;

– organizes professional and administrative service;

– takes care of and takes measures for the improvement of the staff who perform higher education, scientific research and artistic activities and for the staff in the professional and administrative service;

– takes care of and takes measures for current and investment maintenance of facilities and property;

– HEIDELBERG FACULTY IN SKOPJE establishes a Career Center and organizes career fairs;

– performs other tasks established by law and Statute.
